Mahalle Kart for Businesses

  1. Scope of Service

  • Mahalle Kart offers a customized platform to enhance interactions between businesses and their customers. The application allows businesses to create campaigns, use subscription models, and benefit from related services.


  1. Terms of Use

  • Registration and Account Creation: Businesses must create a valid account and provide accurate information to use the application.

  • Subscriptions: Subscription plans are billed monthly and charged based on the details of the selected plan.

  • Additional Branches: Additional fees may apply if businesses add multiple branches.

  1. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment

    All payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure within the application. The confidentiality and security of user information are our top priority.

    Refund and Subscription Cancellation

    • Purchases Made via Mobile Apps (App Store & Google Play)
      In-app purchases and subscriptions made through Mahalle App are subject to App Store and Google Play's refund policies. Users must request refunds directly through the respective platform:

    • Purchases Made via the Web
      For payments made through the Mahalle App website, refund requests are only considered in the following cases:

      • Technical Issues: When Mahalle App services are unavailable due to a technical malfunction.

      • Service Not Provided: When a purchased service cannot be delivered due to a system-related issue.

    Refund Process (For Web Payments):

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

    • To request a refund, businesses must send an email to info@mahalle.app with details of the issue (e.g., screenshots or transaction ID).

    • After reviewing the request, we will notify the user within 3 business days whether the refund has been approved.

    • Subscription Cancellation:

      • For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect in the next billing cycle, and services remain active until the current period ends.

      • For annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period, allowing users to continue using the service until then.

  1. Service Interruptions

  • The application may experience interruptions due to regular maintenance or technical issues. Users will be notified in advance in such cases.

  1. Legal Liability

  • Mahalle Kart is not liable for data loss, misuse, or disconnections caused by third parties.

  1. Termination

  • Mahalle Kart reserves the right to terminate service if a user violates the terms of service.

  1. Changes

  • Mahalle Kart reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced via the app and website.

  1. Businesses' Obligation to Implement Reward Programs

  • Businesses are responsible for fully delivering reward programs and campaigns as announced via Mahalle Kart, including points, discounts, products, or services promised to customers.

  • Businesses will be fully responsible for customer dissatisfaction resulting from unfulfilled promises. Mahalle Kart does not accept liability for the content, implementation, or validity of reward programs but reserves the right to investigate user complaints.

  1. Pricing Policy and Commitments

  • No Unfair Price Increases: Mahalle Kart guarantees not to impose arbitrary or excessive price increases on existing subscription plans. Users will be notified and approval will be sought for any price changes.

  • No Hidden Fees: All pricing is transparently communicated, with no hidden costs or undisclosed fees.

Mahalle Kart for Customers

  1. Scope of Service

  • Mahalle Kart is a mobile platform that allows customers to earn rewards and benefits from businesses by scanning QR codes. The app offers campaign participation, point collection, and reward tracking features.

  1. Terms of Use

  • Registration and User Account: Users can use basic app functions (e.g., QR code display and stamp collection) without creating an account. However, unregistered accounts cannot recover data (e.g., stamps and rewards) if the device is lost, stolen, or reset. Creating an account is recommended to secure rewards.

  • User Responsibilities: Users with accounts are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Mahalle Kart is not responsible for issues arising from account information being shared with third parties.

  1. Rewards and Campaigns

  • Points collected via QR codes can only be used under the conditions specified by the respective business.

  • Campaign durations and terms are determined by businesses. Mahalle Kart is not responsible for the content or validity of rewards provided by businesses.

  1. Service Interruptions

  • The app may experience temporary service outages due to technical issues or maintenance. Mahalle Kart will make efforts to inform users in advance.

  1. Legal Liability

  • Mahalle Kart is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or unfulfilled rewards or services offered by businesses.

  1. Termination

  • Mahalle Kart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate the terms of service.

  1. Changes

  • These terms and conditions may be updated as needed. Updates will be announced through the app.
