You can use POS software alongside your POS terminal to track orders, stock and reports. A bank POS takes card payments; a fiscal POS also issues the fiscal receipt. Mahalle POS runs the sales and management side and sends the amount to the device through the compatible fiscal register integration.

How is the total cost of a POS system calculated?

The total cost is the software subscription plus any devices you need. Mahalle POS is a monthly subscription and listed prices exclude VAT. Extra branches on Pro are charged separately; there is no setup fee and no per-user fee. You can see plan prices in the pricing section and start with the devices you already have.

Can I use my existing tablet or phone?

Yes. You can use Mahalle POS for sales and management on your existing iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet. No special hardware is required. You can use a Windows computer as a sales screen only and manage your business from the web panel.

Can I keep taking orders if the internet goes down?

Yes. When the internet drops, you can keep opening checks and taking orders in offline mode. Records sync when the connection returns.

Can I set it up myself? How do I import my menu?

Yes. You can start using Mahalle POS without an installation team. You can import your menu from a photo with AI, so you move it into the system from a photo instead of entering items one by one.

How many devices can I connect? Is there a per-employee fee?

The Basic plan includes 2 devices (a till and a phone) and the Pro plan includes unlimited devices. Both plans include unlimited staff with roles and permissions. There is no per-employee fee.

What happens to delivery and app orders?

You can manage delivery orders in Mahalle POS. Uber Eats orders drop into the POS automatically. Uber Eats is the only food delivery platform integration offered.

Can I get support in the evening for my café POS system?
